SEI is a collective of Bilbao based emerging fashion designers who have been discovered by BIAAF’s biannual international competition.

Chaired by Sara Sozzanni Maino, Head of Vogue Talents, BIAAF’s Art & Fashion competition has already reached over 5,000 emerging designers from over 90 countries, coming from the most renowned fashion design schools worldwide, aiming for intercultural enrichment by showing the different approaches of fashion towards art and the promotion of fashion as a true cultural value.
